These Terms and Conditions constitute the binding legal agreement between you and phcsh governing your access to and use of the platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.
These are the most important rules governing your phcsh account and gameplay. The full legal text follows in the sections below.
In compliance with PAGCOR regulations, all players must be at least 21 years of age. phcsh enforces this through mandatory identity verification before any real-money gameplay is permitted.
phcsh is licensed to operate exclusively within the Republic of the Philippines. Access from outside the Philippines is not permitted. Players must be physically located in the Philippines to play.

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one phcsh account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances within them subject to forfeiture following investigation in accordance with these Terms.
All deposits to phcsh must be made using payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party payments â including GCash wallets or bank accounts not in your name â are strictly prohibited.
These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from use of phcsh is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
Important Notice: By accessing, registering on, or using the phcsh platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the phcsh platform.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
2.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phcsh. By completing the phcsh registration process and clicking or tapping any acceptance confirmation, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any supplementary policies published on the phcsh platform including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific terms.
2.2 These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and phcsh relating to the subject matter herein, whether written or oral.
2.3 phcsh reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the phcsh platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended version. Players are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.
Note for Philippine Players: These Terms comply with the Electronic Commerce Act of the Philippines (Republic Act 8792), the Data Privacy Act (Republic Act 10173), and PAGCOR's applicable regulatory framework for online gaming operators.
3.1 Age Requirement. To register and maintain an account with phcsh, you must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. phcsh enforces this requirement through mandatory identity verification prior to activation of full account privileges, including deposits and withdrawals.
3.2 Geographic Restriction. The phcsh platform is licensed for operation within the Republic of the Philippines only. Registration and gameplay are restricted to individuals physically located within the Philippines at the time of play. Circumventing geographic restrictions through VPN, proxy services, or any other technical means is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
3.3 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to register and maintain only one phcsh account. Duplicate registrations are prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual â through IP address matching, payment method matching, device fingerprinting, identity document matching, or any other means â phcsh reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and retain any balances therein pending investigation.
3.4 Accurate Information. You represent and warrant that all information provided during phcsh registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, and contact information, is true, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
3.5 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain a phcsh account:
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phcsh login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP or authentication codes. phcsh will never ask for your full password via any communication channel. You must immediately notify phcsh if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
4.2 Account Responsibility. All activity conducted through your phcsh account â including all wagers placed and all transactions made â is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was conducted by you personally or by any third party to whom you have disclosed your credentials.
4.3 KYC Verification. phcsh is required under PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity and age of all account holders before processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (PhilSys ID, passport, UMID, or driver's license). Failure to complete KYC verification will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed to phcsh's satisfaction.
4.4 Account Inactivity. phcsh accounts that have recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months are considered inactive. phcsh reserves the right to charge a monthly account maintenance fee against the balance of inactive accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule. Players will be notified by email prior to any such deduction.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phcsh accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments. The current minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso (PHP) 100. phcsh reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods and minimum deposit amounts with reasonable notice.
5.2 Own Funds Only. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited to your phcsh account are legally owned by you and are not the proceeds of any criminal or illegal activity. Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
5.3 Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically processed and credited to phcsh accounts immediately upon confirmation of payment. Bank transfer deposits may take up to thirty (30) minutes depending on the issuing bank. phcsh is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
5.4 Currency. All phcsh account balances are maintained in Philippine Peso (PHP). phcsh does not accept foreign currency deposits.
â ī¸ Anti-Money Laundering Notice: phcsh complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act 9160) as amended. Unusual or large transaction volumes may be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. phcsh may request additional documentation to verify the source of deposited funds at any time.
6.1 Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be requested by players who have completed phcsh KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200.
6.2 Processing Times. phcsh targets withdrawal processing times of under ten (10) minutes for verified accounts using GCash or PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank are typically processed within one (1) to four (4) banking hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.
6.3 Withdrawal to Original Deposit Method. phcsh may, at its discretion, require withdrawals to be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This requirement is applied as an anti-fraud and anti-money laundering control and does not constitute an unreasonable restriction on your winnings.
6.4 Wagering Requirements. Funds received as Bonus credits are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specific to each Bonus are detailed in the promotion terms applicable to that Bonus. phcsh real-money deposits (excluding Bonus funds) are not subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
7.1 phcsh offers various Bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, cashback programs, and seasonal promotions. All Bonuses are subject to these Terms and to the specific terms and conditions published for each individual promotion.
7.2 phcsh reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus at any time. Where a Bonus has been credited to a player's account and wagering has commenced, the Bonus will not be withdrawn mid-wagering-cycle except where phcsh has reasonable grounds to suspect abuse or breach of these Terms.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. Players who are found to have exploited, manipulated, or otherwise abused any phcsh Bonus program â including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated staking strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or collusion â will have their accounts suspended, Bonus funds forfeited, and any winnings derived from abusive play voided.
7.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion terms, phcsh players may only participate in one active Bonus promotion at a time. Bonuses cannot be combined or stacked unless expressly permitted.
8.1 All games available on the phcsh platform are operated using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology independently audited for fairness. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game's certified configuration and is displayed within the game's information panel.
8.2 phcsh's live dealer games are operated by qualified dealers in a professional studio environment. Live dealer games are subject to the same RNG and fairness certification standards applied to electronic games, adapted appropriately for live-format play.
8.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, hardware or software error, system failure, or any other technical fault that results in an incorrect game outcome or payout, phcsh reserves the right to void the affected game round and return all wagers placed in that round to the relevant player accounts. A malfunction voids all pays and play.
8.4 Wager Limits. Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all phcsh games and are displayed within each game interface. phcsh reserves the right to modify wager limits at any time and may apply individual account-level wager limits where deemed appropriate.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phcsh platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant Philippine regulatory authorities:

11.1 All content on the phcsh platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game assets, text, audio, video, and design elements, is the proprietary intellectual property of phcsh or its licensed third-party game providers. All rights are reserved.
11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phcsh platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any phcsh content.
11.3 The phcsh name, logo, and associated brand elements are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of phcsh trademarks is prohibited.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phcsh's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms, a player's account, or the use of the phcsh platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player to phcsh in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the claim.
12.2 phcsh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a player's use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming session progress resulting from technical interruptions.
12.3 phcsh does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or third-party service disruptions may affect platform availability. phcsh will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.
13.1 phcsh reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amended Terms will be published on the phcsh platform with an updated effective date. Where amendments materially affect player rights or obligations, phcsh will provide reasonable advance notice via registered email address or in-platform notification.
13.2 Continued use of the phcsh platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the phcsh platform and may request account closure.
14.1 phcsh reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, where phcsh has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached any provision of these Terms, has engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the platform, other players, or phcsh's regulatory standing with PAGCOR.
14.2 Players may request closure of their phcsh account at any time by contacting phcsh support. Following account closure, any verified available balance (net of applicable Bonus forfeitures) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.
14.3 Accounts terminated by phcsh for breach of these Terms â including for fraud, identity misrepresentation, or prohibited conduct â shall be subject to balance review and potential forfeiture. phcsh will retain records of terminated accounts in accordance with its data retention policy and applicable law.
15.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Republic Act 8792 (Electronic Commerce Act), Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act), Republic Act 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), and the applicable regulations of PAGCOR.
15.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, a player's account, or use of the phcsh platform shall be submitted first to phcsh's internal dispute resolution process by contacting phcsh support. phcsh will acknowledge all disputes within five (5) business days and endeavour to resolve disputes within thirty (30) business days of acknowledgement.
15.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through phcsh's internal process, players may escalate to PAGCOR through its established player complaint mechanisms. All unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
